What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone, business name), the brand information and media you upload, messages you send to your specialist or the AI assistant, meeting requests, and basic technical logs needed to keep the portal secure and working.
How we use it
To run your portal, produce and review your marketing work, schedule meetings, respond to your questions, and improve the quality of the strategies we deliver for your business. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising by third parties.
AI processing
Briefs, brand notes and chat messages may be sent to trusted AI model providers to draft strategy and content. A human specialist reviews output before it is published. We do not permit these providers to train public models on your business data.
Who can see your workspace
Only people you or we authorise for your business, plus the EvoFuture Media team members working on your account. Workspaces are isolated at the database level so one client can never read another client's data.
Retention and security
We keep your data for as long as your engagement is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. Data is encrypted in transit, files are stored in private buckets, and access is password protected.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or export your business information, or delete your portal account and uploaded media. Email us or message your specialist and we will action it.
