1. Agreement
These terms apply to your use of the EvoFuture Media client portal and to the marketing services we deliver for your business. By signing in you accept them on behalf of your business.
2. Your account
Portal access is issued to named people at your business. Keep your password confidential, change the temporary password on first sign-in, and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your login.
3. Services and deliverables
Strategy, content and creative briefs shown in the portal are prepared by our team with AI assistance and reviewed by a human specialist before they reach you. Drafts are recommendations, not guarantees of commercial results. Approved deliverables are licensed to your business for its own marketing use once fees for the relevant period are settled.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, videos, logos, testimonials and business information you share. You grant us permission to use them to produce and publish work on your behalf, and you confirm you hold the rights and consents needed for that use.
5. Fees and cancellation
Fees, media budgets and billing cycles are set out in your service agreement. Either side may end an engagement with written notice as stated there; work completed up to that point remains payable.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the portal to upload unlawful material, attempt to access other businesses' workspaces, or interfere with the service. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
7. Liability
The portal is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
